Charles Skinner has been with the Wade S Dunbar Agency, Inc for over 30 years. He is the Executive Vice President and he specializes in Marine Insurance. Charles works out of our Oriental, NC office. Charles is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. He received his CIC designation in 1995 as well as Certified Marine Insurance Professional designation (CMIP) in 2014. He then started the Marine Insurance Division for the Agency specializing in writing risks in or on the water including marinas, boat dealers, marine contractors, boat builders both custom and production builders, all things marine! Charles is a member of the Oriental Rotary Club, has been Chair of the Oriental Rotary Tarpon Tournament for 3 years. He is married to his wife, Mary Skinner, who is partner with the Law Firm of Dunn, Pittman, Skinner and Cush, LLC in New Bern, NC. They enjoy fishing, landscaping and building.
