The Home Warranty covers breakdowns due to normal wear and tear so you can worry less and live more. 

Home systems and appliances will break — it’s only a matter of time. But unlike home insurance, the Home Warranty covers the costs of breakdowns from wear and tear.

The Home Warranty* provided by American
Home Shield® (AHS) offers:

• Coverage on breakdowns due to normal
• wear and tear
• Low yearly fees
• 24/7 customer service from AHS
• Qualified and independently insured service contractors
• Low service fee for each covered repair or replacement incident**
• $25 off on any Home Warranty service contract when purchased through Safeco

*The Home Warranty product is only available for customers with single family homes under 10,000 square feet. The Home Warranty is not available for properties located in AK, CA, FL, IA, and NY.

**After yearly fees, customers pay the trade service call fee for each covered repair or replacement incident.
