Wade S. Dunbar III

Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and following his father's lead, served as Director of the Independent Insurance Agency and Brokers of North Carolina. Wade is also involved with the agency management committee and various insurance industry advisory boards. In 1995 he was the first graduate of the Insurance Management Institute at Appalachian State University. Wade grew the agency from Laurinburg and Raleigh NC locations to include Pinehurst, Fayetteville, Aberdeen NC, Richmond and Winchester Va and Pennsylvania, with licenses in all states. Mr. Dunbar is an active member of the Rotary, United Way, Boy Scouts, Methodist Church, Relay for Life and Scotts for Youth. Wade S. Dunbar III currently resides in Laurinburg, NC with his wife Beth and two children Elizabeth and Stafford.
