Executive Vice Presidents

	Scott Trachtenberg Executive Vice President - Commercial Lines Producer Scott graduated from Albright College with a BS in Marketing in 1986. He moved to Raleigh to start his insurance career with a National Direct Writer who specialized in Workers Compensation. In 1988 Scott joined the Wade S. Dunbar Insurance Agency and passed his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1991. Scott has his Property and Liability, Life and Health, and Brokerage license in North Carolina and Property and Liability licenses in 8 other states. He also has administered programs for Carolina's Association of General Contractors and North Carolina Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors Association. 	Charles Skinner Executive Vice President - Commercial Lines Producer Charles graduated from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 1976 and began his insurance career in 1979. He is a graduate of the USFG School of Insurance in Baltimore Maryland. Charles joined the Dunbar Agency in 1982. Charles is the Past President of the Durham Kiwanis Club, active member of the Oriental Rotary Club, Craven, Pamlico and Carteret Chambers of Commerce. He is active in the North and South Carolina Marine Trade Industries. Charles is married to Mary T. Skinner, a partner with the law firm of Emmanuel and Dunn. Eric Platz Vice President - Employee Benefits Producer Eric attended Methodist College and North Carolina Wesleyan College where he studied business administration. He began his insurance career in 1997 working for Mid Atlantic Medical Services (MAMSI). From there he gained experience working with small and mid size employers throughout North Carolina. Eric had great success while working for PARTNERS National Health Plans and assisted with the growth in membership with the HMO in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill region. PARTNERS National Health Plan was eventually acquired by BlueCross and BlueShield of NC where Eric continued his career as a Large Group Sales Executive. In 2003, Eric joined the Wade S. Dunbar Agency with the goal of growing the Employee Benefits Division and adding valuable experience to the agency. Through his experience he has established the Wade S.
