Scott Trachtenberg
Executive Vice President - Commercial Lines Producer, CWCA
Scott graduated from Albright College with a BS in Marketing in 1986. He moved to Raleigh to start his insurance career with a National Direct Writer who specialized in Workers Compensation. In 1988 Scott joined the Wade S. Dunbar Company, Inc. and passed his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1991. Scott has his Property and Liability, Life and Health, and Brokerage license in North Carolina and Property and Liability licenses in 8 other states. He also has administered programs for Carolina's Association of General Contractors and North Carolina Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors Association. Scott is also a graduate of the Insurance Management Institute from Appalachian State University.

Charles Skinner
Executive Vice President - Commercial Lines Producer
Charles graduated from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 1976 and began his insurance career in 1979. He is a graduate of the USFG School of Insurance in Baltimore Maryland. Charles joined the Dunbar Agency in 1982. Charles is the Past President of the Durham Kiwanis Club, active member of the Oriental Rotary Club, Craven, Pamlico and Carteret Chambers of Commerce. He is active in the North and South Carolina Marine Trade Industries. Charles is married to Mary T. Skinner, a partner with the law firm of Emmanuel and Dunn. Tim Hall
Vice President/Commerical Lines Producer, CWCA
Tim is located in our West Virginia office and has a varied insurance background, having worked for major insurance companies and as an insurance agent for a combined total of over 35 years. He has expertise and experience in the development of tailored risk management and insurance programs for clients of all sizes and business descriptions. While he holds a college degree in business as well as numerous insurance educational designations, he is dedicated to continuing to expand his educational background in order to meet the ever changing needs of our clients.

Jeff Grizzard

Jeff joined Wade S. Dunbar Company, Inc. in 2006, bringing over 19 years of experience as a Commercial Insurance agent. He holds a degree from Elon University in Business Management. Jeff spends time away from the office with his family and being an active member of the chamber of commerce, Virginia Propane Association and Marine Trade Association.
